In early May 2022, the National Medical Commission (NMC) was directed by the Supreme Court to frame a plan of action within two months to permit foreign universities medical students to finish their practical instruction in the medical colleges of India.
Students are demanding speedy solutions to their problems. Medical education in online mode is not considered enough by NMC to allow students to practice medicine.
