Fast forward 160 years, University of Melbourne is now not only the top-ranked University in entire Australia but also one of the leading Universities at the global level.The university has consistently been ranked among the top International colleges.In the QS World University Rankings 2019, the University of Melbourne was ranked 39th globally and 2nd in Australia. It also ranked 31st among the universities around the world by SCImago Institutions Rankings.
