It is situated in Edmonton city, Alberta province of Canada and has four campuses in Edmonton (north main campus), and one campus in Camrose (Augustana Campus).The University of Alberta is ranked as number 96 in the world according to the Centre of World University Ranking (CWUR). It is also the fourth top university in Canada. It is recognised as one of the best research universities across the world. According to Research Infosource 2018 report, it is the fifth-best research University in Canada. It is the member university of U15 Universities (an association of 15 Canadian research universities) and World University Network (a non-profit group of 23 research universities from different countries).
