The University of Western Australia is situated in the Western Australia State of Australia. The University of Western Australia, commonly known as UWA, was established in 1911. The university began teaching students two years after its establishment. UWA was the first university of the state and also the first free university in the British Empire to promote equal access to tertiary education for every social class. From the 93rd position in the QS World Ranking to 91st position now, the university has been touching the heights of academic excellence for the betterment of the education world.

Infrastructure, Campus & Courses

The University of Western Australia has its beautiful campuses in three different locations including Crawley Campus, UWA Albany, and UWA Claremont. As far as the infrastructure is concerned, the university has extensive art collections, theatre venues, social groups, and creative resources to support them all. Apart from these facilities, the University of Western Australia provides a banking facility, childcare facility, has co-op and second-hand bookshops, cafés, Guild shop and newsagency, museums, outdoor cinema, medical centre, pharmacy and a number of other provisions for its students.
