A fully-funded University of Birmingham scholarship for Indian Students has been launched. This unique and reputed scholarship includes expenses for accommodation and a fruitful mentoring opportunity with the university’s leading alumni and Chancellor Lord Karan Billimoria.
As per the press release, Lord Karan Billimoria (Chancellor’s) Scholarship will provide a waiver on the full-tuition fees and accommodation costs for the full duration of the course. Additionally, four students will be given runner-up awards of GBP 5,000 towards their tuition fees.
Indian postgraduate students can avail of this scholarship offer at the University of Birmingham campuses situated in Birmingham (UK) and Dubai (UAE). Candidates with a valid offer from the university can apply for the scholarship.

The eligibility for this scholarship includes excellent academic achievements along with demonstrating overcoming challenging circumstances. They should have an innovative idea in mind to solve a few of the complex challenges faced by the UK and India.
Students who are successful have to submit a three-minute-long video where they have to answer two fundamental questions:

Lord Karan Billimoria (Chancellor’s) Scholarship application is now open and the subject areas to benefit from this are Engineering and Physical Sciences, Arts and Law, Life and Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences and Medical and Dental Sciences.
Lord Billimoria while launching the scholarship said he takes immense pride in the university’s partnership with India.
