Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), Israel has invited international students to apply for its newly-launched two-year Master’s program in Environmental Physics and Solar Energy. Interested students can apply for the Fall 2021/Spring 2022 semester by July 1, 2021.
To be delivered on BGU’s SdeBoker Campus, the MSc program will be led by the Albert Katz International School for Desert Studies(AKIS). The program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the environment and natural resources while also learning and applying methods, terms and concepts from different areas of research. Areas or topics that will be covered in this program include applied mathematics (statistical methods, numerical methods, asymptotic methods), environmental studies (continuum mechanics, heat and material transfer, semiconductor physics, nonlinear dynamics, fluid flow and heat and material transfer) and other physical sciences-related fields (optoelectronic properties of materials, surface chemistry, optics).
The total tuition fee for the program is approximately USD 34,995.
