Chinese universities have a maximum age limit for students taking admission to higher education programmes. Generally, universities don't accept students over the age of 30 for a Bachelor’s degree and over 40 for a Master’s degree and PhD.
There are two options that a candidate can choose while applying online.
Applying through CUCAS: an online self-application platform made for students to apply to universities of China. It serves as the mediator between the universities and the students.
Applying through CUAC: (China University Application Centre)- Website provides online consulting and guidance to help you make the right decisions in terms of colleges.
It is always better to apply in more than 2 colleges as the chances of gaining admission get higher. Also, it is advisable for candidates to be fully acquainted with the scholarships that Chinese universities offer to make their education as affordable as possible.
