As per a local media source, there is a great need for Indian maths, science, and language teachers in the United Kingdom. To teach such types of subjects, the UK government intends to hire hundreds of foreign teachers through the International Relocation Payments (IRP) scheme.
The IPR scheme is a relocation initiative that pays individuals more than INR 10 lakh to migrate to England to take up open teaching positions.
Paul Whiteman, general secretary of the National Association of Head Teachers in the UK, remarked that hiring overseas people is, at most, a short-term solution.

If such educational experts are extended an employment offer that pays them a minimum wage in the UK that corresponds to their job position, typically over 27 lakhs annually, they are qualified to obtain visas to work in the UK.
Around 300 to 400 teachers from the above-mentioned countries are allegedly expected to receive IRPs in the upcoming academic year, as reported by UK officials. If it is successful in drawing in foreign employees, the IPT scheme might be expanded to cover more academic subjects.
