The French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs offer institutions an opportunity to attract international students to enrol in the Masters and PhD programmes, commonly known as the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme.
The objective of the programme is to provide the aspiring decision-makers with an opportunity to become future leaders in their respective fields of study. The Scholarship Programme aims to encourage candidates that are up to 25 years of age from different developing countries to pursue Masters programmes, while also allowing aspirants that are as old as 30 years old to pursue PhD programmes.
The call for applicants started on 28 September 2020 and will remain open till 8th January 2021. Therefore interested applicants must follow the instructions posted by the French Government, in order to be selected for the grant.

It should also be noted that only French Higher Education Institutions can preselect students and apply for the scholarship on behalf of the selected candidates.

If a French Higher Education Institution has decided to or selected you for the Eiffel Scholarship Programme, then they will send out the application form to you and help you fill it out. Once the application form has been filled out, the institution will send it out on your behalf.
