University of Memphis is a public research university, originally established in 1912 as West Tennessee Normal School. Situated in Memphis, Tennessee, US, the university is considered an R1: Doctoral university, which indicates very high research activity. The university has four campuses including Main Campus, Park Avenue Campus, Downtown Law School Campus, and Lambuth Campus. University of Memphis is affiliated with ORAU, Urban 13, and SURA. The university also has some special programs institutes under its administration, Tennessee Governor’s School for International Studies, Chucalissa Indian Village, and The Benjamin L. Hooks Institute for Social Change.

University of Memphis Admission Process

The University of Memphis admission process consists of application process and the documents required during the process. The university examines the documents submitted and makes a decision accordingly. As per the university, the applications of international students can take about four months to get fully processed.

Application Process

University of Memphis application process can consist of the following steps:

  • International students are required to select the course and the school or college under the University of Memphis to which they are going to make an application.
