Charles Stuart University was founded in July 1989 by merging Regional institutions in south-western and western NSW. It was originally established in 1895 as Bathurst Experiment Farm. The university has multiple campuses which are located in some of the fastest growing regions of Australia.
Infrastructure, Campus & Courses
The regional campuses of Charles Stuart University are situated in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Port Macquarie and Wagga Wagga. Canberra, Goulburn, Manly and Parramatta are the specialist campuses of the university. It also has study centres in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Wangaratta.
Charles Stuart University is equipped with modern teaching and research facilities at all locations. 24 hours on-campus computer facilities are available for students to help them in their study and research throughout the day. Students have the option to choose from a wide range of on-campus as well as online undergraduate courses. More than 200 postgraduate courses are offered across 19 diverse areas of study. Apart from this, the university has partners around the globe to offer pathway programmes or international courses for students.
