Our Lady of Fatima University- College of Medicine is accredited by the New York State Education Department and the Illinois State Board of Education. The College of Medicine is also accredited by the Association of the Philippine Medical Colleges and National Medical Commission (NMC), India. OLFU College of Medicine is regarded as one of the most distinguished centres for medical education in the Philippines. Fatima College of Dentistry at OLFU was established in 1996. It is one of the popular dental colleges in the Philippines. Over the years, OLFU College of Medicine has been successful in producing competent, skilled and world-class medical practitioners. College of Medicine of OLFU is the only institute in the Philippines to have a clerkship programme with an international hospital.

Infrastructure, Campus and Courses

OLFU has six campuses located in Valenzuela City and Quezon City in Metro Manila, San Fernando City in Pampanga, Antipolo in Rizal, Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija and Santa Rosa City in Laguna. College of Medicine and College of Dentistry of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) offers medical and dental courses. College of Medicine at OLFU has been in existence for 40 years, and the college has produced more than 70,000 graduates in the field of medical sciences. The OLFU medical college campus has five buildings, which are equipped with lecture halls, conference rooms, seminar halls, research and training laboratories, library, administrative office etc. The medical college has all the latest facilities that are necessary for the enhancement of quality medical education. The dental college of OLFU also has all the facilities, laboratories and amenities for offering quality education.

Accomplishments and Alumni

Over 30,000 medical and allied medical health practitioners from all disciplines have graduated from OLFU. The College of Dentistry of OLFU implements the prototype curriculum required by the Commission on Higher Education, Philippines. The college enables each student to develop cognitive, psychomotor and affective competencies. OLFU College of Dentistry conducts various workshops and seminars to enhance students clinical, pedagogical and managerial skills.

Student Diversity and Visiting Companies

The International Student Office at OLFU is responsible for the welfare of international students. The International Student Advisory Service offers support for the international students as well as their families throughout OLFU. The diversity of foreign students at the OLFU campus exposes the learners to various cultures and lends the community an international touch. So far, more than 100 medical students of OLFU have been sent for clerical training at the Brooklyn Medical Centre and Peninsula Hospital in New York and Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago. In all, OLFU College of Medicine is providing employment opportunities abroad to its medical students.
