Auburn University and the University of Dayton are among the top universities in the United States with the 'happiest students', as per the 30th edition of Princeton Review’s latest 'Best 387 Colleges' rankings list. It also includes universities like Brown, Clemson, Kansas State, Rice, William & Mary and so on.

Auburn University and the University of Daytonare among the top universities in the United States with the 'happiest college students', as perthe 2022 edition of Princeton Review's Best Colleges List.

Along with Auburn University and Dayton, William & Mary, Brown University, Claremont McKenna College, Clemson University, Colby College, Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, Kansas State University, Loyola Marymount University, Rice University, Tulane University, University of California--Santa Barbara, University of Oklahoma and Virginia Tech feature in the 'Happy Students' list.

Overall, the most popular colleges to be included in the "The Best 387 Colleges: 2022 Edition" list are Harvard College, Cornell University, Brown University, Boston University, Auburn University, Duke University, Stanford University, American University, New York University among many others.

Among the 'Best Value Colleges' (Private Schools), the top 10 include Princeton University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, California Institute of Technology, Harvey Mudd College, Harvard College, Yale University, Williams College, Dartmouth College and Rice University.

The Best 387 Colleges includes a total of special 26 Great Lists, each one identifying top colleges in various categories such as 'Great Career Services', 'Great Financial Aid', 'Great-Run Colleges', 'Great Athletic Facilities', 'Students Study the Most', and so on. The 2022 edition was based on surveys of over 1,54,000 students.

Conducted amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2022 Edition includes rather fewer ranking lists due to limited student access on campus. Last year, the 2021 edition, included 62 unique ranking lists.
