University of Victoria, Canada's top research university, is popularly known as UVic. It is located in the city of Victoria, which is the capital of British Columbia. University of Victoria offers hundreds of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. To apply for an undergraduate course, candidates will have to send their application via EducationPlannerBC. While for postgraduate courses, they can apply through the university website itself. Check out the application process for pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate at University of Victoria.
Step 1: Select a programme first at Uvic website to proceed with the application.
Step 2: Now go to EducationPlannerBC to login and apply before the deadline.
Step 3: Create a NetLink ID. Candidates can use their student number to create the ID, which will help them have access to UVic application portal.
Step 4: Check introductory mail for instructions to see the application status
Step 5: Now submit the grades as required by the course
Now wait for the university's response. Keep checking the status and email ID.
Step 1: Register yourself at UVic's official website by providing email address, biographical information, contact details, language and citizenship information and set password.
Step 2: After signing in, the candidate will be provided with an applicant ID through which he or she can apply for their desired course at the university.
Step 3: For filling up the application, the candidate will be asked along with some information like academic qualifications, supporting documents like tests scores, resume, etc, program of study, alternate contact and permission release.
Step 4: After giving all the required information and documents it is advised to check your application again to avoid mistakes.

Eligibility criteria to get admission at University of Victoria differs from courses to courses. University of Victoria offers several scholarships to its domestic and international students. There are a number of firms, foundations and trusts that join hands with the university to provide scholarships to international students.
The University of Victoria offers undergraduate international students, who are excellent in their academic qualifications, with the entrance scholarship. The Scholarships have an award of USD10,000 for international students.
UVic has another scholarship for foreign students - International Student Support Awards to help academically excellent students to finance their studies. These are only given to entering or continuing international students pursuing bachelors and who have demonstrated financial need at the UVic.The scholarship ranges from CAD 3,353 to CAD 12,843
This scholarship is awarded to students with academically outstanding international students who have enroled themselves in an undergraduate degree at Uvic directly from an Aga Khan Academy. Canadian citizens and permanent residents are not eligible to apply for the scholarship. This scholarship is valued at CAD 1,15,580. The student will get CAD 28,800 every year over the course of four years.
This scholarship is also awarded to international students with excellent academic performance. It is only applicable to those students who have entered the university from the No. 2 Secondary School attached to East China Normal University. The scholarship amount is valued at CAD 25,680 (payable at CAD 6,400 per year).
This scholarship is for those international undergraduate applicants entering or transferring to UVic and to those who compete on any Vikes Varsity team at the university. The scholarship is automatically renewed for each year of a student's full time study until the completion of the first degree. The scholarship amount is valued at CAD 51,370.
The University of Victoria provides great placement opportunities to students with an employment rate of over 90% for the majority of the courses. The university also ensures that each and every student land up getting a good job with an average salary package of CAD1,21,497.
The highest salary package offered to a UVic student was CAD 2,11,913.
