California State University Fullerton was founded in 1957 as one of the universities of California State University (CSU) system. It is the largest university among CSUs in terms of student enrollment. It is a public university situated in Fullerton, California. CSFU is accredited by the   Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) - Senior College and University Commission. WSCUC is a recognised body by the U.S. Department of Education. Cal State Fullerton is ranked as a top institution in the nation and recognized worldwide. As per the U.S. News & World Report,  CSFU is ranked No. 5 in the list of most innovative schools among the Western regional universities.  

Infrastructure, Campus & Courses 

CSUF campus extends across an area of 241 acres. There are 110 permanent buildings including student housing facilities. Around 1,980 residents can stay at on-campus residence buildings. Other facilitates available on campus include a 585-seat Gastronome dining complex,  Titan Hall, Student Recreation Center, Emergency Operations Center, Performing
Arts Center, theatres, food court, conference rooms, bowling alley and 1,200-seat events pavilion. CSUF has nine colleges and departments to offer a wide range of courses: Arts, Business and Economics, Communications, Education,  Engineering and Computer Science, Extension and International Programs, Health and Human Development, Humanities and Social Science and Natural Sciences and Mathematics. A total of the 110-degree programme is offered at CSUF which include 55 undergraduate and 55 graduate programs along with a doctorate in education and doctor in nursing practice courses.   

Accomplishments & Alumni 

CSUF has a network of more than 280,000 Alumni. CSUF Alumni Association is a large network of community support groups whose aim is to inspire alumni and supports to advance and connect the Titan community. Some of the renowned personalities who studied from California State University Fullerton include Tracy Caldwell Dyson- an American chemist and NASA astronaut, Kim Krizan - American writer and actress, Kevin Michael Costner- American actor and filmmaker etc. There are several others who are successful in different professions like doctors, scientists, activists, researchers, artists or social activists.

Student Diversity & Visiting Companies 

The number of students enrolled at California State University Fullerton (CSFU) is more than  40,000 per term among which more than 15,00 (3.1% approx.) are international students who come from around 77 countries. CSFU aims to enrich every aspect of a student’s personality thereby making them capable individuals to succeed in their career. Various initiatives at CSUF helps students within employability and career. CSFU’s College career specialist employer engagement initiative connects employers with its students across each of the eight colleges and helps them find the most suitable candidate for their job role. The Career Center provide services and programs like career counselling and advising, workshops and presentations, employer recruiting events and employer engagement.
