Indian students attending online classes in war-hit Ukrainian universities have received offers to study in Russia and Hungary. Around 16,000 students study in Russia and now the country has put forward efforts to invite the Ukraine-returnee students to study there. Hungarian foreign minister Péter Szijjártó has also confirmed that Hungary is open to medical students if they are willing to study there.
Students, though delighted by the offers, wish to continue their studies in Ukraine. They are waiting for the matters to resolve. The offers seem lucrative but come with their own sets of difficulties. The students will have to go through another set of processes to get admitted to these universities.
