Dublin City University (DCU) was established in 1975 in Ireland as the National Institute for Higher Education. Well-known organizations like the Association of MBAs, AACSB, EUA, IUA, and UI have given their affiliation to this university. It has been ranked 19th in the world and first in Ireland for its graduate employment rate. Its QS world ranking 2020 is 391. In September 2016, DCU concluded the process of consolidating three other Dublin-based educational institutions- the Church of Ireland College of Education, Mater Dei Institute of Education and St Patrick's College.
Infrastructure, Campus & Courses
DCU has five main campuses; namely, the main campus, usually described as being in Glasnevin but adjacent to Whitehall and Ballymun too (50 acres), Sports Campus (St Clare's) (35 acres), DCU Alpha Innovation Campus (10 acres), St Patrick's campus in Drumcondra and All Hallows Campus. DCU comprises 6 schools which are the DCU Business School, Faculty of Engineering & Computing, Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences, DCU Connected - Online Education, DCU Institute of Education, and Faculty of Science & Health. The most popular majors at DCU are Engineering, Education, Biology, Biotechnology, Nursing, Business and Psychology.
Achievements & Alumni
DCU houses the country's first purpose-built university nursing school. The University was the first University in Ireland to establish a European Master of Business Informatics course. DCU is also the location for all professional Actuarial exams in Ireland. It also has a Prometric Test Centre and is the test centre for Ireland's Graduate Management Admission Test. DCU has been ranked in 2 league tables in young universities of the world. It is the only university in Ireland to be featured in QS Top 50. The alumni from here have a noteworthy career. Lorraine Two Hill is the Chief Marketing Officer at Google, Enda Kenny is a politician, Sr. Orla Tracey holds a top position of Head Administrator at Loreto Rumbek Mission in Sudan and many more.

University has around 22% of international students from their total enrollment. They promote diversity and equality of opportunity irrespective of gender, family status, sexual orientation, age, religion, nationality, or race. COVID-19 Response
Adhering to the COVID-19 regulations of the country, Dublin City University has adapted and modified its learning modalities to accommodate additional safety measures. The University will be offering most of its courses in online mode, however, students will still be required to arrive at the college before the stipulated deadline.

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should have achieved high merits at undergraduate or postgraduate level from Dublin City University.
The candidate should qualify as an international student.
The student should be a recipient of either full or conditional offer at any of the UG and PG level.
Students must not be receiving any other scholarship.
Value of Scholarship: €2000 tuition fee waiver
